A PLACE FOR TRANSFORMATION
In July of 2024 Chesapeake Temple closed its doors after more than 3 years of hosting soul-inspired, transformative retreats and gatherings. We are grateful to all those who have come through our doors or been touched in some way by what the temple has stood for as a sacred space for deep soul work.
The temple is currently on the market for $1.699M. We would love the next owner to be inspired to maintain the temple as a place for transformation for the larger DC Metro Area community.

The temple rests on 2+ acres of birch and sweetgum forest within a small beach community on the Chesapeake Bay and is protected by 70 acres of conservation forest and cliffs to the north. Guests have access to a private forest trail to community beach.
The temple has 3 levels (5000sf total). The main temple space is ~1000sf and can comfortably fit 40 in seated meditation or dance, 30+ yoga mats or 50+ for a concert. There are 4 corner suites (165 sf) with attached bath and a full kitchen.
One level below is a dark room (or additional bedroom), 2 wall beds, separate full bath with 8 person wet sauna, laundry area and a large catering kitchen with seating for 10.
In the basement is an international sized squash court ready for play!
